Retreat property design and construction · Wellness · Eco-hospitality

Building places worthy of the future entrusted to them.

Russia · international projects subject to local capability

Concept imagery. Buildability, scope, cost, schedule, and approvals can be established only for a specific site through the required professional process.

01 · Integrated responsibility

More than a collection of contractors. A coordinated outcome.

Narayana Construction is a dedicated construction initiative within the Narayana ecosystem. A visually impressive property can still be difficult to operate, so guest, staff, maintenance, and operator requirements enter the brief before architectural decisions and remain connected through construction and handover.

02 · Capabilities

From the site’s contours to keys, records, and operating readiness.

    Handover

Fit-out, as-built records, commissioning, defect resolution, and readiness for pre-opening.

03 · Property types

Different formats. The same discipline of fit.

No standard template is forced onto every place. Climate, land, guest proposition, operations, budget, and regulation shape the right response.

  1. 01

    Retreat center

Accommodation, practice spaces, dining, landscape, and a guest journey designed as one system.

  2. 02

    Wellness property

Treatment, recovery, water, climate, privacy, and operations coordinated from the brief onward.

A private-scale property with hospitality-grade engineering, comfort, and maintainability.

  5. 05

    Renovation or extension

A measured way to add capacity or improve an operating property without losing operational logic.

04 · Narayana Verified process

Quality depends on evidence, ownership, and honest boundaries.

The internal standard supports partner selection and project governance. It does not replace licenses, formal reviews, permits, supervision, statutory procedures, or contractual responsibility.

  1. 01

    Documented decisions

Scope, responsibilities, assumptions, changes, approvals, and acceptance are recorded.

  2. 02

    Qualified specialists

Mandatory work is performed by appropriately qualified organizations and professionals.

  3. 03

    Stage-gate control

The next stage begins only after agreed evidence and acceptance criteria have been reviewed.

  4. 04

    Operational design

Guest comfort, staff movement, cleaning, maintenance, safety, and lifecycle cost inform design choices.

  5. 05

    Honest uncertainty

Unknowns remain visible until surveys, design, pricing, review, or approvals resolve them.

  6. 06

    Owner visibility

The intended project-room model gives each approved participant access to the information needed for their role.

05 · Project pathway

A sequence designed to expose risk early.

Exact stages and responsibilities are tailored to the property, but the control logic remains consistent.

  1. 01

    Initial qualification

Clarify the site, intended product, existing information, constraints, and decision to be made.

  2. 02

    Site and feasibility review

Identify legal, planning, infrastructure, demand, and operating risks before major commitment.

  3. 03

    Operator brief and concept

Translate the future guest and staff experience into a coordinated functional program.

  4. 04

    Surveys and design

Commission the required studies and develop coordinated documents through qualified specialists.

  6. 06

    Construction and controls

Track progress, quality, changes, decisions, evidence, and stage acceptance.

  7. 07

    Commissioning and pre-opening

Test systems, resolve defects, prepare records, equip the property, and train the operating team.

  8. 08

    Handover and support

Transfer a documented asset and define any warranty, operator, or advisory support by agreement.

06 · Operating reference

Experience begins with a place you operate yourself.

Narayana Center has been built and developed as an operating place. The sequence shown here reflects the center’s project chronicle and gives the construction team a practical reference for design, quality control, service, and long-term operations.

10 · Questions

Direct answers before the first call.

Is Narayana Construction a standalone legal contractor?

It is a dedicated construction initiative within the Narayana ecosystem. The legal structure, licensed or qualified parties, responsibilities, insurance, and delivery team are defined separately for each property.

Can I commission only design or renovation?

Yes. An engagement may cover one verifiable stage, a technical audit, an extension, building-services improvements, renovation, or a full design-and-build pathway.

What does Narayana Verified mean in construction?

It is an internal partner-selection and quality-governance standard focused on transparency, records, workmanship, ethics, and recurring review. It does not replace any required license, membership, expert review, permit, or government procedure.

Do you guarantee permits or an unchanged design?

No. Outcomes depend on the site, verified inputs, applicable law, specialist findings, reviews, and approvals. The professional obligation is to manage the process and changes honestly—not to promise what no team can control.

Can the process begin before I buy land?

Yes. An initial legal, planning, access, utility, and infrastructure review can be coordinated before acquisition. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, surveys, or authority decisions.

Can you work with an operating property?

Yes. Depending on feasibility, the work may include renovation, added capacity, a new building, building-services upgrades, or phased improvements designed around continued operation.

Who can access the proposed project room?

Access is intended to be role-based. Owners, project leads, designers, contractors, technical reviewers, and operators would see only the information relevant to their responsibilities.

Can Narayana Network operate the finished property?

Potentially, under a separate agreement following a property diagnostic. Network may serve as operator, advisor, standards partner, or project-board participant.

Do you work only in Sochi?

No. Geography depends on the availability of qualified teams, local requirements, logistics, and whether the required level of oversight can be maintained.

When is a reliable schedule available?

After the site information, scope, surveys, design constraints, procurement approach, and decision process are sufficiently defined. Earlier dates would be artificial precision.
